Tottenham have announced the singing of striker Vincent Janssen from AZ Alkmaar on a long term deal, according to SkySports.
The London outfit have been keeping tabs on him for the past few months and now they have finally sealed his deal. Their initial bid around £15million was rejected by Alkmaar.
The reports confirmed that £18.6million fee has been agreed between both the clubs and the player is currently waiting for international clearance.
The 22-year-old Dutchman has penned a four year deal at the White Hart Lane.
Spurs had a great last season, they finished third in the Premier League and qualified for the Champions League.
Boss Mauricio Pochettino has strengthen his side with the addition of Jansen who will be playing alongside Harry Kane.
Janssen was top scorer in Dutch league last season with 27 goals.
Spurs have already signed Victor Wanyama from Southampton so far in this summer window. Jansen would be becoming second summer signing for the English side.
Jansen was also eyed by several top clubs including Ligue 1 side Paris Saint Germain and Bundesliga side Wolfsburg but he told that Spurs will be a dream club to play for.
