Arsenal
are set to make an offer for Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge for the summer
move, according to Daily Mirror reports.
Liverpool
star forward Daniel Sturridge has been in great form in the recent games,
scoring in almost every game.
Sturridge
was left frustrated when he was not given chance ahead of Divock Origi who is
now on the sideline through injury. The Englishman was planning to leave the
club as he said that his future is doubtful, he cannot say clearly.
Arsenal
boss Arsene Wenger has been struggling with striking issues for the past few
years. He tried to sign Luis Suarez from Liverpool, however the Uruguayan went
to Barcelona.
The
French boss is now willing to pay 30 million pounds for Daniel Sturridge who
might consider this offer if Liverpool fail to lift the Europa League. Liverpool
will be playing the Europa League final against La Liga side Sevilla FC next
week.
Reds
manager Jurgen Klopp is very happy with Sturridge as he admired him by saying
an outstanding and unbelievable player. But he could sell him, not for this
price he will be hoping for atleast 40 million pounds.
