Arsenal injury news ahead of Swansea City clash

Bad news for the Gunners will be that star midfielder Aaron Ramsey is doubtful for this game with an injury he picked up last weekend against Hull City.

The Welshman has not been on top of his form this season due to back to back injuries. The midfielder who returned earlier this year is now again expected to be out for atleast another week.

However, Danny Welbeck who is having a knee injury is closing to return as the manager revealed that the Englishman will return before the end of the season.

Wenger said about Welbeck: “He will play again this season.”

While duo midfielders Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Mikel Arteta remain out with their injuries. Full-back Mathieu Debuchy is regaining his fitness, and is expected to return before the FA Cup final.

Wenger added that it will be a similar squad as of last game against Hull City. But the French boss wants the senior players to be fit for the FA Cup final game against Aston Villa which will be played later this month.

The London side are also keen to finish on second place in the Premier League which is currently held by Manchester City.
