Liverpool
striker Daniel Sturridge has picked up another injury earlier this morning
which will sideline him for a month.
Liverpool star man has been struggling with injury problems since
the start of this season. He has only started seven games due to injury.
This
will be his fourth injury of the season which will keep him away from football
for a month, as per Daily Star.
The
25-year-old has suffered a minor hip injury in a Premier League game against Manchester
United last weekend. The injury was diagnosed earlier today when he was being
checked by the England medical staff.
While, it
will be a good news for the Arsenal fans as they will play Liverpool without Sturridge
next weekend.
The
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers will now have to play with Mario Balotelli or Raheem
Sterling in the striking role in the next few games.
Liverpool
have been in great form this year and Sturridge has been a part of it. They have lost only one game which came against Manchester United.
Liverpool will face Arsenal, Newcastle United, Hull City and West Brom in Premier League while Blackburn Rovers in the second leg of FA Cup.
