German
giants Bayern Munich are eyeing Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic for the
summer move, according to German newspaper Bild.
Chelsea
versatile defender Ivanovic has been one of the top target of Bayern Munich, as
per the reports.
Bild
claimed that Bayern boss Pep Guardiola wants to give current right-back Rafinha a tough
time with the signature of experienced defender.
The
31-year-old has a one year left on his current Blues contract but he will soon
be offered a new deal. He has been a vital plyer for the Blues and they have no plans to sell their star defender
this summer despite of interest from big clubs.
The
Serbian has been a regular player for the London side since his move from Lokomotiv
Moscow in 2008. He has made more than 300 appearances in all competitions.
While, Bayern
Munich are likely to face tough competition as reports also revealed strong
interest from French giants Paris Saint-Germain and Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Ivanovic
has netted four goals in 29 games so far this term in the Premier League.
On
the other hand, Blues boss Jose Mourinho is likely to offer Manchester United striker
Radamel Falcao.

The unsettled on loan striker is expected to be offloaded by the Red Devils at the end of the season.
