Arsenal
are ready to offer Borussia Dortmund for their attacker Marco Reus after Bild
revealing that Bayern Munich have ended their interest in the German star.
Marco
Reus has been a top target of several Euorpean sides since the summer. Chelsea,
Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal were all linked with him. La Liga
giants Real Madrid were also linked with him.
German
media Bild revealed earlier today that Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are not
interested in the 25-year-old which could be a great sign for the English
sides.
Bild’s
headline said: “Bayern says no to Reus”
Reus
missed the first half of the season with injury problems but sicne his return he has
started impressing again.
The
player has also opened his doors for a move but no side have taken his interest
seriously.
The
German outfit are in relegation zone and star players including Reus and Mats
Hummels are eyeing for a last minute move.
Arsenal
boss Arsene Wenger could sign him tonight just like he signed Mesut Ozil on the
deadline day in 2013.
Manchester United and Liverpool have not shown any interest since getting the news from Bild
but Wenger is likely to make the most of it. He will try to get him for a fee
around £20million.
