Balotelli is only 24 and is currently Italy’s first choice striker. He already has a vast experience in Premier League as he played three season at Manchester City.
Daley Blind (Manchester United)
Manchester United signed the highly rated Dutchman Daley Blind from Ajax for a fee around £15million. Blind has proved his worth at the World Cup in June with his decent performances. Buying such a player for only £15million is an exceptional transfer. The 23-year-old played 146 games for the Dutch side before moving to Old Trafford.
Cesc Fabregas (Chelsea)
