La Liga giants Barcelona are confident on signing Liverpool star player Philippe Coutinho, according to SkySports.
Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho has been linked with a move away from Premier League for the past few months.
Barcelona started taking strong interest especially after Paris Saint Germain link with Neymar for a record move.
The reports have suggested that Barca will sign Coutinho if Neymar decided to leave.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is reluctant to sell Coutinho as he is eyeing for trophies in the coming season. Liverpool are keen to keep Coutinho especially because they will be taking part in the Champions League next season.
SkySports believe that Barca will offer around £89million which will be enough to convince the Liverpool representatives to sell their star man. Liverpool have previously rejected their £72m offer for the 25-year-old.
The Brazilian has a dream to play for Barcelona and especially replacing Neymar would attract him further.
Coutinho has become one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League in the last few seasons. The former Inter Milan attacker has made more than 180 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 42 goals in all campaigns.
Now it all depends on PSG whether they will seal Neymar's deal this summer or not.
