Manchester United target Antoine Griezmann is
expected to stay at La
Liga giants Atletico Madrid, according to latest reports.
The latest reports have revealed that Antoine
Griezmann is likely to stay at the club despite of strong interest from Premier League giants Manchester United.
Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho has been eyeing him
for the past few months and has planned to make a big bid in the summer window.
However, the move is heavily dependent on Champions
League football for next season. Currently, Man United are sixth spot and are
only two points behind the fourth spot side Arsenal.
The Frenchman has a £85million release clause and
United are ready to meet the demands. Mourinho has already made some big money
move to Old Trafford including Paul Pogba who moved for £90million.
Also, it is expected that Pogba moved to United
without the concern of Champions League football, this might also be possible
for Griezmann.
The 25-year-old is in future doubts as Atletico have
been poor so far this season. Recently got knocked out from the Copa del Rey. While
Atletico
Madrid have no plans to sell him as they will not be able to find a right
replacement.
