Real
Madrid star James Rodriguez is set to stay at the La Liga giants despite of
lack of playing time, according to Daily Mail.

Rodriguez
has been struggling at Real Madrid under Zinedine Zidane, he has failed to
cement his place under the French boss.
The
25-year-old has made only eight appearances in La Liga for the Los Blancos.
With
the recent great performance by the Colombian against Sevilla in the Copa Del
Rey, he has declared that he is happy and has no plans to leave. He scored twice
to help his side qualify for the quarter final round.
He
answered clearly when asked about his January move that “I am staying”.
Real
Madrid superstars Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema all were
absent yesterday.
Rodriguez
has been in great form, he has netted four goals and assisted eight times in 17
appearances.
Meanwhile,
Premier League side Manchester United have been keeping tabs on his situation
and might be preparing a bid despite of his recent comments.
It
would be difficult for United to get him since James has a great chance of
shining at the Santiago Bernabeu side because Benzema is out through injury for
around six weeks.
