Arsenal
full-back Hector Bellerin is set to sign a new long term deal at the Emirate
Stadium, according to his agent.

Bellerin
has been linked with a move back to his childhood club Barcleona in the last transfer
window. However, the Gunners have always been confident on his stay and now
they are set to offer him a new improved deal.

The
Spaniard has also denied the rumours linking him to Barcelona. He said he is
not interested in moving back to his former side, he is happy at the North London side.

His
agent Albert Botines revealed The Guardian recently that his
client is set to sign a new deal. Despite of having more than two years left on
his current contract Arsenal are keen to seal his contact extension.
Botines
told: “Hector is very happy at Arsenal. This would be the fourth time he has
signed a new contract at the club and it is clear he has made good progress.”
The
Spaniard who joked a month ago that he would not be picking up a phone from
Barcelona has now made it clear. He told he would have not left Barca if he wanted to play for them.
The
21-year-old has been exceptional since his debut for the senior side, he is
very happy to be a part of such a big club.
