A side AC Milan have rejected the £30million bid from Chelsea for their defender
Alessio Romagnoli, according to SkySports.
The
Blues have been keeping tabs on Romagnoli for the past several months but
unfortunately their first bid was rejected by the Italian side recently.
The
21-year-old Italian joined Milan for £21million from Roma last year. He made
more than 30 starts for the Italian giants last season and was also compared to
club legendary center-back Alessandro Nesta.
AC
Milan have no plans to sell their star defender but a big offer could change
their mind and Chelsea are the side that can come up with a surprise offer.

Chelsea
new manager Antonio Conte is still planning to bring few more faces before the
transfer window ends this month.
Conte
revealed after the last Premier League game against Watford that Chelsea need a
defender.
The
London side have only five defenders, out of which four have been playing while
the fifth one is the teenager Ola Aina.
The
Blues have also shortlisted Napoli center-half Kalidou Koulibaly, but the reports
have clearly revealed that the player has no plans to leave the Italian side and
will pen new deal.
