The
29-year-old defender is now free from international duty as Italy lost to
Germany in the quarter final round on penalties. However, he broke the clean
sheet record of German keeper Manuel Neuer by scoring the first goal of the
tournament.
The
English reports have claimed that Manchester City have been keeping tabs on him
and made a £38million bid for the center-back recently. However, The Serie A
side have denied to sell their star player.
City
new manager Pep Guardiola has signed Nolito, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Aaron Mooy
so far and is looking to seal the fourth summer deal.
It
is reported that Bonucci has been targeted as a replacement of Martin
Demichelis who left the club last month.
Bonucci
started his football at Inter Milan academy and later played at Bari in 2009.
Juventus seal him in 2010, since then he has been a regular player.
