Alberto
Paloschi have joined Serie A side Atalanta from Premier League side Swansea
City, according to SkySports.
Italian
club Atalanta announced earlier today that they have completed the singing of Alberto Paloschi from Swansea City for an
undisclosed fee.
The
26-year-old joined the Welsh side in the January Transfer Window but failed to
shine and has now left the club. He joined from Chievo for £8million where he
scored eight goals in the first half of last season but scored only twice at
the Liberty Stadium.
He
scored two goals against Spurs and Stoke City in the Premier League.
SkySports confirmed the reports yesterday that the talks are under way and the deal is
likely to be concluded soon.
The
reports believe that the fee is around £5million which means The Swans have
suffered £3million loss just after six months.
The
forward will now be joining Atalanta's squad in the preseason tour which starts next
month.
Swansea
have now sold two players, first one was striker Eder who left the club earlier
this summer after a frustrating season last term.
Meanwhile, The Swans are linked with Juventus star Roberto Pereyra, according to South
Wales Evening Post. West Ham and Watford are also reportedly in the
race.
