Premier
League giants Manchester United are expected to complete the deal of Villarreal
defender Eric Bailly, according to the Guardian.
Reports
have revealed that Manchester United have reached an agreement with Villarreal
for the possible move of defender Eric Bailly. The
reports further confirmed that the fee agreed for this deal is around £20million.
Bailly
has been exceptional for the La Liga side since his move from Espanyol last
summer.
The
22-year-old center-back would be entering the starting eleven directly as the
Red Devils are short of fit center halves. In the recent season, Daley Blind
and Chris Smalling were the two center-backs despite Blind is not a defender.
Leicester
City, Manchester City and Arsenal were also reportedly in the race to sign
Bailly.
Manchester
United new boss Jose Mourinho is yet to seal his first deal and this could
become the first summer signing.
Mourinho
is also trying to bring Zlatan Ibrahimovic to Old Trafford and reports claimed
that the Sweden international has agreed a one year deal.
This
summer will be exciting for the Red Devils' supporters, lets see what Mourinho
can do at Old Trafford in his first season.
