There is no stand-out favourite for
Euro 2016 so, when it comes to free bets for Euro2016 fixtures, it means that there
is every chance of picking a few decent priced winners in such a competitive
tournament.

Host nation France and World Cup
winners Germany go into the competition vying for favouritism but, in a year
when Leicester City won the Premier League title against all expectations, all
of the 24 finalists will travel France with hopes of glory.
In the early matches it may be worth
looking at backing some of the underdogs on the Asian Handicap markets with any
Euro 2016 free bets you may find, with such games often proving to be quite
cautious affairs.
The opening game of Euro 2016 could be a case in point, with France facing Romania at the Stade de
France. The French are firm favourites for the game and should prevail,
but it might be closer than the match prices would suggest. France will be
without their regular striker Karim Benzema throughout the finals, whilst it
shouldn’t be forgotten that Romania, although a pale shadow of their past
teams, only conceded two goals in 10 group qualifiers.
You can get Romania +1.25 on the Asian
Handicap at slight odds against (21/20 with bet365) if you shop around at
present. That would represent a winning bet were Romania to avoid defeat,
but even in the event of any loss by a one-goal margin, you would still win
with half your stake matched at the winning price and the other half being
refunded.
Another option might be to back a
French win to nil at around 4/5 (Betfred) in the Match Result and Both Teams To
Score market. Despite Romania’s aforementioned defensive solidity, they
only scored 11 goals themselves in qualification against far weaker opposition
than France. It’s difficult to envisage Romania creating too many
chances.
England’s opening game against Russia also holds some appeal for any free bets you might have, with an
England victory looking a distinct possibility against a fairly ordinary
Russian team with an ageing defence. Roy Hodgson’s team can
currently be backed to win the game at 11/10 with Paddy Power.
