Liverpool
have officially announced the signing of Marko Grujic from SuperLiga club Red
Star Belgrade, according to Liverpoolfc.com.
Liverpool
boss Jurgen Klopp has completed his first move since his move few months ago.
The
Serbian youngster Marko Grujic could be getting a vital chance to prove himself
due to the injury problems.
The 19-year-old has netted seven
goals in 36 games so far in his career.
The
six foot three inches wore the number 8 shirt at Red Star and could be taking
the same jersey which was worn by Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
The
Serbian started from academy from where top names like Inter Milan midfielder Dejan
Stankovic, former Manchester United skipper Nemanja Vidic and Manchester City
full-back Aleksandar Kolarov started.
Meanwhile
on the other hand, Arsenal are in the final stages of sealing Mohamed Elneny’s
deal. The reports are also saying that Emmanuel Adebaoyor could be signing for
Watford.
