The medical team on Monday revealed after the scans that the injury is not severe as it was expected.
Sanchez
was forced off in the first quarter of the second half with a big fear of facing a length spell on the sideline. However, now it is good for him as he would be
returning within a week and would be taking part in Arsenal tough games
especially against Olympiacos next week in the Champions League. Also,
the Gunner will be facing Premier League leaders Manchester City on December
21.
The
26-year-old has netted 9 goals in 20 appearances so far this season.
