Arsenal
star Mesut Ozil has denied rumours linking him with a move away from Arsenal in
the coming transfer windows.
The
Gunners are currently on second spot, just two points behind league leaders
Leicester City in the Premier League.
Arsenal
picked up full three points last night against Manchester City and Mesut Ozil
played a vital role as both of Arsenal goals were assisted by the German.
Ozil
has recently been linked with a return to Bundesliga but the German has no
plans to leave the London side as he eyes to win trophies at the Emirates
Stadium.
Ozil
told Kicker
that he is currently in his best form.
“I’d
like to say so far, this is my strongest season for Arsenal, but no. This is
the strongest season so far in my career.”
The
former Real Madrid star has assisted 15 goals so far this term and has been
exceptional since the start of the season.
He
is currently very happy and told that he has no plans in the near future to
leave Arsenal.
“I
can never say I will return. I have beautiful memories of home, but I’m with
Arsenal until at least 2018.”
Arsenal
boss Arsene Wenger has always supported Ozil and would never allow him to
leave.
The
Gunners are in good position this season to lift Premier League title after 10
years.
