Italian
giants Juventus have been reportedly targeting Arsenal full-back Mathieu
Debuchy for the transfer in the winter window which will open in January.
The
Serie A side have been struggling so far this season. They have won only two of
their seven Serie A games. Currently, sitting at 12 spot.
Juventus sold several of their star players in the summer and now struggling
in the league.
The
reports revealed last week that Debuchy has been targeted by Italian side boss Massimiliano
Allegri, however the recent reports from SkySports revealed that Juventus have
never targeted the Gunners’ defender and will not be taking any action
regarding his move.
The
last season Serie A winners are currently without their star full-back Stephane
Lichtsteiner as he is suffering from cardiac issue.
Meanwhile,
with the emergence of Arsenal young talent Hector Bellerin it might make
Debuchy’s mind to leave the club for regular football.
The
30-year-old has made only one Premiere League appearance so far this season.
Arsenal signed the French right-back for a fee around for £12million from Newcastle United in 2014 summer.
Bellerin
has been exceptional for the Gunners since making his debut. He has cemented
his place at the right-back role.
