Team News:
  • Spurs midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is out with injury while duo midfielders Mousa Dembele and Ryan Mason are doubtful for this clash.
  • Dele Alli is likely to keep his place in the starting eleven.
  • Dup full-backs Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier are also expected to return to the starting eleven.
  • Christian Eriksen who impressed against Crystal Palace from the bench few days ago is likely to get a start.

  • Arsenal’s injury list remains the same but their is an inclusion of two names in the list of suspended players. Gabriel Paulista and Santi Cazorla both are out for this game as both picked up a red card against Chelsea last weekend.
  • Center-back Per Mertesacker is doubtful for this game, Calum Chambers is likely to start.
  • Francis Coquelin picked up an injury against Chelsea and has joined trio Jack Wilshere, Danny Welbeck and Tomas Rosicky on the sidelines.

Stats:
  • Last time they met at White Hart Lane in League Cup was in 2010/2011 season, the match ended as 1 – 1.
  • Arsenal have won only one of their last nine away games against Tottenham.
  • Arsenal have not beaten Spurs at White Hart Lane in League Cup.
