The Gunners stopper Szczesny used to be a regular keeper for Arsenal but in the second half of last season David Ospina took the first spot in the Premier League.

Szczesny played 17 matches last term for Arsenal in the Premier League.

The Polish however continued to play regularly in the FA Cup which was later won by the Gunners.

The Serie A outfit are keeping tabs on the 25-year-old stopper for the past several weeks. However, Szczesny insisted in the past that he has no plans to leave the club despite of a struggling season.

Also, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said that he would like to keep both the players despite of Cech’s arrival.

The North London side have already signed Petr Cech from Chelsea and the Blues legend will definitely be taking the front seat for the goalkeeper role.

Meanwhile, Ospina is also linked with a move away from Emirates. The Colombian has been linked with several top La Liga sides.

The Poland international who has three years left on his current contract has played more than 180 games for the Gunners.
