Premier League club Stoke City have agreed to sign Inter Milan attacker Xherdan Shaqiri,
according to latest SkySports report.
Stoke
manager Mark Hughes tried to sign him before his move to Inter Milan in the
winter window, however he preferred a move to the Italian side and penned a
long term deal.

The
latest reports from SkySports revealed that Stoke have agreed a fee around £12 million
for Inter Milan attacker Xherdan
Shaqiri.
Shaqiri
who spent years at Bayern Munich's bench started only eight games for the Serie A
side. He scored only one in them.
The
23-year-old scored 11 goals in 26 starts for the German giants. Despite of
his exceptional performance in the World Cup 2014, he failed to make a name at
Bayern Munich. However, he lifted two Bundesliga titles and a Champions League
title.
The
Italian side are in no mood to keep the Swiss attacker at San Siro and are keen
to sell him this summer.
Xherdan
Shaqiri has netted 17 goals in 46 game for Switzerland.
Shaqiri
was also linked with Liverpool prior to his move to Inter Milan but now the Reds
have no desire to reignite their interest in the Swiss star player.
