French side AS Monaco have confirmed the signature of attacker Stephan El Shaarawy from Italian side AC Milan on a one year loan deal.

an option to buy him permanently next summer.

season at San Siro was already in search of a move. With Monaco sealing his deal
he would now be eyeing to prove himself in the Ligue One.
Shaarawy netted only three goals in his 19 games for Milan last term, however he missed the
rest due to injury problems.

the Italian would have lessen his chances if he had stayed at San Siro.
