Barcelona
manager Luis Enrique has admitted that Barcelona winger Pedro Rodriguez is in
doubts for future, according to SkySports.
The
Spaniard attacker has been in link with several of top Premier League clubs including
Chelsea and Arsenal.
Pedro
who was the fourth choice forward last term is keen to get regular football which boss Luis Enrique cannot guarantee him in the presence of Neymar, Lionel
Messi and last summer singing Luis Suarez.
The
27-year-old is set to leave the club as the reports revealed that the La Liga giants have received several offers for him yesterday.
Luis
Enrique wants to keep him this summer as he said: “I do not want him to go, but
there is a clause and the player must decide.”
The
Spanish attacker has a €30million release clause on his current contract.
The
Champions league winners have also signed Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal earlier
this summer.
Meanwhile,
Former Barca defender Eric Abidal believes that the club must keep Pedro at
Camp Nou. Abidal is expected to become the new sporting director for the next season.
Arsenal
boss Arsene Wenger has been keeping close tabs on his situation and the reports
claimed that former Barcelona star Alexis Sanchez will convince Pedro to prefer
a move to the Gunners.
