Manchester
United have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Benfica playmaker Nicolas Gaitan,
according to Metro.
Metro
reports confirmed earlier today that the agreement has been reached between
these sides, however nothing have been revealed from these sides officially.
The
Argentina international midfielder has been on several top Premier League club’s
radar for the last few years. Manchester United have always kept tabs on the
player, however never secured his move. But now the deal is likely to happen.

Metro
further reported that the deal is likely to be confirmed in the coming week and
the player will soon be heading to England for a medical at Old Trafford.
Man
Untied have already sealed the deal of Memphis Depay from PSV for a fee around
25 million pounds. Despite of his move Louis van Gaal is keen to add more
attackers to his squad.
The
27-year-old has netted 30 goals and assisted 67 times in 214 appearances for
the Portuguese outfit.
Gaitan
who has already been eyeing for a move to a better European side will now soon
be completing his move.
He
is currently at his peak of career and if he fails to leave this summer then
he might never get a chance to play for a top club.
