Manchester
United are coming closer to seal the deal of Sevilla striker Carlos Bacca,
according to Daily Mail.
The
reports have revealed that the representatives from United have been in Spain
for the discussions with the player’s agent and the club for his move.
The
28-year-old spent a wonderful season at Sevilla, scoring 20 goals in 37 games.
Not only this season, his overall record been very impressive. He has netted 44
goals in 71 appearances.
Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal is already in search of a goal machine and looks
like he has finally found the right player.
It
is expected that striker Radamel Falcao will be returning to Monaco after his failure
in the Premier League. Untied only scored 62 this season and skipper Wayne
Rooney was the top scorer with only 12 goals.
LVG
is planning to offer £25 million bid for the La Liga star who was the star
player in the Europa League final, scored twice and assisted a goal.
He has been far better than the current United
strikers, he has 71% shot accuracy and 33.9% of them have been converted into
goals.
The
Red Devils have also made a bid for Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema, as per Metro
reports. Th Frenchman is also being eyed by Arsenal and Liverpool.
