The 21-year-old will be out of contract this summer and Everton have no plans to give him a new deal. The defender has also been eyed by newly promoted Premier League side Bournemouth.

The
left-back has made 12 appearances for the Blue side of Liverpool but has not impressed
enough to earn a new deal at Goodison Park.
Roberto
Martinez is said to be an admirer of the youngster but the club might not offer
him a new deal. On the other hand, Garbutt is also not happy as he wants to
play regularly.
The
England Under-21 has capped for every junior level and is now looking to shine
to get an opportunity at the senior level.
Liverpool
manager Brendan Rodgers believes that the player has the potential to become a regular
starter and soon a vital player.
Currently, Liverpool
have only Alberto Moreno for the left-back role, Rodgers is eyeing to
give Moreno a tough competition through Garbutt.
Garbutt
is a good defender and he is especially admired for his attacking qualities as
a full-back. It would be a good addition for the Reds, however he might have to
wait for his turn.
