side Chelsea have made an official bid to Palermo for their star striker Paulo
Dybala, according to player's agent.
Chelsea
have been keeping tabs on him since January, while Arsenal are also in the race
for the new Sergio Aguero but are now expected to lose the race as the blues
are going to seal his deal by splashing big money.
Metro
reported that Chelsea could beat Arsenal as they are planning to submit a new bid for Serie A star Paulo Dybala.
The
21-year-old who is one of the best youngster in the Serie A is being targeted
by several top European sides. He has 13 goals and assisted 10 in 30 league
games.
His
agent Gustavo Mascardi revealed that Chelsea have submitted a bid for his
client.
“Chelsea
presented an offer a while ago, but it was very low.”
However,
Palermo president Zamparini has already put a £29million price tag on the
Argentinean. The Blues have reportedly submitted a £20million bid.
Mascardi
told Tuttosport that Zamparini will
not sell him for less than a £29million.
Serie
A giants Juventus are also in the queue along with La Liga defending champions Atletico
Madrid.
Last
week reports claim that Juventus are leading the race and could seal his deal
