A side AC Milan are planning a surprise move for Paris Saint Germain striker Zlatan
Ibrahimovic, according to reports.
The
Daily Star revealed that trio Premier
League sides Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal have targeted the former
Barcelona striker Ibrahimovic but AC Milan are leading the race.
It
is reported that the Italian side’s owner Silvio Berlusconi is likely to sell
some shares in order to invest for Ibrahimovic’s move. The former Prime
Minister has agreed to sell 75 percent of shares to Chinese investors.
The
Italian reports claim that a deal would be around £140,000 per-week. Milan are
confident that this offer would be enough to land the Swedish star.
The
33-year-old joined PSG from Milan in 2012. He has scored 102 goals in 121 games
for the French side.
Manchester
United and Chelsea are also keeping strong tabs on the situation, however, the
player is not likely to move to Premier League.
Ibrahimovic
has been one of the top striker of his generation, he has played for Inter
Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, Barcelona and currently playing for PSG. He has
netted 336 goals in 612 appearances in his entire career.
