The
Man Utd youngster Henriquez is currently on loan at Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb
but is confident that one day he will play for the Red Devils.
The 20-year-old was signed by United in 2012 after his impressive performances for Universidad
de Chile. He scored 15 goals in 27 games for the Chilean side. But the player
is yet to be debuted by United.
He
has been away from Old Trafford since his move. He has been spending seasons
on loan with different sides, English outfit Wigan Athletic, La Liga side Zaragoza and current a Croatian club.
The
Chilean player is likely to become a permanent player for Dinamo in the summer
window as the reports claim that a fee around £780,000 has been agreed between
both the sides for the permanent deal. But the player is keen to return to Old
Trafford one day.
Henriquez
said that he hopes to return to Man Utd. He also added that he almost made it
to the first team but then had to watch from the outside.
“I
was so close to playing in the first team and then had to look on from the
outside. That was very frustrating.”
