Palermo
has revealed that Juventus are likely to sign their star striker Paulo Dybala
as they have submitted a €35million bid recently.
Palermo
president Maurizio Zamparini told the media that Italian giants are set to
agree a deal with them for a possible move of their 21-year-old star.
Paulo
Dybala has been on top form since the start of the season, he has attracted
many big names including Manchester United and Arsenal of Premier League.
Arsenal
have been strongly linked him in the past few months but since Juventus have entered
the race their interest has taken a step back.
Palermo
has told that they will not sell for less than €40million and Juventus are
likely to increase their bid.
While the
Gunners are eyeing Dyabala as Theo Walcott's replacement as the Englishman will
be out of contract this summer.
Zamparini
also revealed the interest from Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. He said that
Arsenal made an offer and it was declined, meanwhile, Arsenal boss has denied
such talks.
Zamparini
told France Football: “Right now, Juve are in pole position. They want
to close the deal in a week. But, of course, I want the best possible deal.
Dybala is being auctioned.”
“The
Bianconeri have offered me €35m, but I want €40m or more. I'm also dealing with
Arsenal.”
He
also revealed the interest from several new sides by saying: “PSG
are interested just as they are at Arsenal, Manchester City, Juventus, Inter,
Roma and Napoli.”
Dybala
has been one of the best player in Serie A this season, he has netted 13 league
goals so far and has been named as the New
Sergio Aguero.
