Premier League leaders Chelsea are planning for a £75million bid for Real Madrid
attacker Gareth Bale, according to Daily
Mirror.
Gareth
Bale has been in continuous link with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu. Manchester
United were also targeting him for the January move, while now, Chelsea are
planning to secure his deal.
It
has been reported that Real Madrid are likely to offload either Cristiano
Ronaldo or Gareth Bale this summer. Ronaldo is expected to join Manchester United again but
if Bale moves then it could be the London outfit.
Mirror
reported that Blues boss Jose Mourinho is likely to offload Oscar to help in
Bale’s move, financially.

The
Welshman has been under performing in La Liga and is predicted to leave in the
summer. He was signed on a world record fee around £85million few years ago and
Chelsea are planning to offer £75million.
While, Bale
said in an interview after a Wales' big win over Israel on Saturday that he is
happy in Spain despite of a drop in him form with the club.
“I
don't need to answer the critics. I know, and everyone around me knows, what I
can do.”
The
Blues are planning to break their record by offering Bale £300,000-a-week to
seal his move to Stamford Bridge in the summer.
