Premier League side Arsenal are planning to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, Borussia
Dortmund centre-back Neven Subotic and Southampton star Morgan Schneiderlin in
the summer window, as per Daily Star.
The Star reported that the Gunners are planning a £50million deal for the trio star players.
While this
news has given a headache to Arsenal current players Wojciech Szczesny and Per
Mertesacker as they could both have to leave in the summer.
Szczesny is already struggling this season with David Ospina taking his permanent
role in goal. While
Arsenal has already signed a centre-back Gabriel Paulista and with the arrival
of Neven Subotic, German star Mertesacker will have to leave the club.
Meanwhile,
Morgan Schneiderlin has already agreed to sign for the north London side in the
summer, according to last week’s reports. It
is also expected that duo Frenchmen Mathieu Flamini and Abou Diaby will leave
the club at the end of the season.
Flamini is currently hoping to return to first team action. Boss Arsene Wenger revealed that he could be available for West Ham game this weekend.
