Arsenal
have suffered a big blow as Aaron Ramsey has picked up a muscular
injury which will keep him away from the field for more than a month.
Aaron
Ramsey was on the bench against Leicester City in the midweek but he was
brought into the game in the final quarter in which he suffered a
muscular problem.
Wenger
told that Ramsey stopped straight away during the game which was not a good
sign.
The
Welshman looked frustrated while having the treatment which hinted that a long
term injury awaits for the North London side.
While Alexis
Sanchez who returned last week from hamstring injury also picked up a minor problem in
the same game but is expected to be back for Middlesbrough game this weekend.
Wenger
revealed further on Ramsey that it could be a hamstring injury again and is going to be
a big one.
The
Welsh midfielder suffered hamstring injury against Galatasaray in a Champions League
group game earlier this season which also kept him out for six weeks. He is also likely to miss Wales Euro qualifier game against Israel on 28th March.
Arsenal
star player Sanchez is expected to be back but the Gunners will be without
Ramsey for the next six weeks.
