Serie A side Roma have now changed their mind for Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah,
according to NBC reports.
Roma
Director Walter Sabatini has changed his mind because of the high fee agreed for the
misfit London star.
The
23-year-old winger has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford
Bridge this month. La Liga side Real Sociedad are also keeping tabs on him, as
per Telegraph.
Real
Sociedad boss David Moyes could now take the front seat for the Chelsea bench
warmer. English sides Sunderland and Hull City could also reignite their
interest.
Roma
who were in strong positon to land the Egyptian are now not interested as the
boss Rudi Garcia denies to discuss the deal with Chelsea.
With
Italian reports claiming that Roma director Sabatini had a problem with a fee
which was agreed between the sides. The verbal agreement was of 18 month loan deal
worth £1million with an option to buy him permanently for a fee of £14million.
It
was also reported that Roma could now take interest in Chelsea target Douglas
Costa who has also been in link this month. His side Shakhtar Donetsk have demanded £30million.
Salah
has only made three Premier League appearances this season and all were from
the bench.
