Manchester
United boss Louis van Gaal is eyeing to reunite with his countryman Wesley
Sneijder, according to Daily Express reports.
The
Dutch manager Van Gaal is keen to land Sneijder from Galatasaray who have told
the English side to pay atleast £15million to acquire his move.
Sneijder
has been linked with the Red Devils so many times in the past when Sir Alex
Ferguson was in charge.
The
latest reports revealed that despite of having an exceptional attacking line the Dutch manager is eyeing to further strengthen his side.
The
30-year-old who joined the Turkish side Galatasaray in 2012 is ready to team up
with his former boss.
LVG
spent more than £150million in the summer and is looking to make that figure
around £200million this month.
However,
his arrival could means a departure of Spaniard Juan Mata who is not a regular
player at Old Trafford. Also, The Dutch attacking midfielder will have to fight for his place as
skipper Wayne Rooney is playing in his role.
LVG
has also eyed two more Dutch stars namely AS Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman
and Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben.
Strootman
has been a top target since the summer, however his future is still in doubts.
