Manchester
United boss Louis van Gaal has given injury updates on his players for the
coming Premier League game against Queens Park Rangers.
United
striker Robin van Persie is expected to miss this clash with an injury and on loan
striker Radamel Falcao is likely to take his role after being dropped out of the
squad last weekend.
The
Colombian was not injured, however it was a tactical decision by the Red Devils manager.
While
attacking midfielder Angel di Maria and full-back Luke Shaw both started last weekend’s
clash against Southampton. They were taken off in the second due to their
injury concerns, however they are likely to continue on the same role. Also, Daley
Blind also returned last weekend from his injury and will start on his favourite
position.
Defender
Marcos Rojo returned from injury last week and will be assessed before the
game. According to reports he is expected to take some part tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Brazilian full-back Rafael will also be available and could be seen
on his right-back role.
Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini has also returned and could take a role in the midfield but Englishman Ashley Young remains out with him injury problem.
