Arsenal
have a wave of good news ahead of the Premier League encounter against Stoke City on Sunday.
Mesut
Ozil is back from injury and has joined training with the first team. He is available for selection against the Potters but may not get a starting berth
right away. But his return is welcome news for the injury riddled Arsenal
midfield.
Aaron
Ramsey has also resumed training with the first team and so has Mathieu Flamini. The
return of both will further boost Arsenal squad.
Danny Welbeck misses out though with a thigh problem but the return of Olivier
Giroud from suspension will be another positive for the north London side this
weekend.
Stoke
too have valued returnees to bolster their squad.
Marc
Muniesa, Victor Moses and their starlet Bojan Krkic are expected to feature against
Arsenal as they are in the squad for the clash on Sunday.
The
new signing Philipp Wollscheid may also have a place in the Stoke defence after
signing a loan deal for the rest of the season from Bayer Leverkusen.
However, Marc
Wilson may miss out with a knee problem whereas in-form striker Mame
Biram Diouf will not be a part of the clash due to his obligations in the
African Cup of nations.
