Premier
League side Arsenal continue their search in the transfer market. Almost ten days have gone since the opening day of the transfer window and the Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is yet to find a right player.
With the recent reports from Daily Star, Arsenal
are set to beat Liverpool for Boca Juniors forward Jonathan Caller.
Daily
Star reported earlier today that the links between the Gunners and Jonathan
Caller are increasing day by day and it seems that the north London side are
set to make him their first signing of this window.
The
21-year-old highly rated forward has been targeted by several top sides
including Liverpool. However, the reports confirmed that Arsene Wenger is
likely to keep his front seat in the race to sign the Argentinean youngster.
Calleri
scored 6 goals in 15 appearances for Boca Juniors in 2014. He is compared with
the likes of Luiz Ronaldo and Ronaldinho.
Arsenal
have also been linked with several other youngsters including Lucas Silva and Paulo
Dybala. However, nothing has been updated on these players.
The
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has already told that they are not in search for an
attacker as they have a fine list of attacking players but could buy a youngster for
the future.
