Kristopher de Graca was transferred to Emirates from Swedish outfit Hisingsbacka in 2013 summer and was a part of under 18 side. The player could get a debut this season as he penned a deal.

The Gunners have been in the market for a defender and with promoting the youngster to first team would be good for the future. However, they are also in the queue of several other names including Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels, West Ham defender Winston Reid and Celtic’s Virgil van Dijk.

With a struggling season for the boss Arsene Wenger in terms of injuries, he needs a quality centre-back. Currently, Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny are the only experienced centre-backs present in the Gunners’ squad.

Meanwhile, the North London side are likely to complete their first deal of the winter of a 17-year-old youngster Krystian Bielik from Polish outfit Legia Warsaw. The teenager will soon be in London to finalize his permanant move.

Arsenal recently clinched a victory against the Manchester City yesterday which brought them closer to fourth spot side Manchester United.
