The
recent reports have revealed that Real Madrid are planning to offload striker Karim
Benzema for a fee around £40million.
From
the English reports, Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool all are targeting
the French striker. Real
Madrid have allowed him to leave but will not accept an offer below £40million.
The
Reds are leading the race, as reports claimed few years ago that they are set to make an offer for the Frenchman.
Meanwhile, Gareth
Bale who was strongly linked to Manchester United is going nowhere, but his teammate
is set to leave with Los Blancos eyeing Liverpool attacker Raheem Sterling and
Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane.
Both
the English starlets are exceptional for their respective clubs this season.
Kane,
21, has scored 18 goals so far this term while Sterling has been a top player
for Liverpool.
While, Benzema
who has still four year left on his contract has been a top player for Los
Blancos. He has scored 126 goals in 265 appearances since his move to Real Madrid from Lyon in 2009.
Currently,
the 27-year-old has scored 15 goals so far this term, he has scored more than
20 goals in every season since 2010.
