Tottenham
striker Emmanuel Adebayor might join Paris Saint-German on loan in this
transfer window. PSG is launching to bid for the striker, according to the
Daily Mail.
Adebayor
wasn’t able to show his class completely this season and was a bit out of form.
He has struggled so far this term.
He
moved from Manchester City to Tottenham in 2012 and since then he has performed
well in his new club. He has recently returned from a rest period which is the
major reason for his form. He hasn’t made into the Starting lineup after his comeback.
Roberto Soldado and Harry Kane are the first choice strikers for the Tottenham boss
Mauricio Pochettino.
Adebayour
captained Tottenham surprisingly in the Capital one semifinal first leg against
Sheffield United on January 21st in which he got a mixed reaction from Spurs
fans and supporters, whom he said that they are creating a negative atmosphere.
Apart
from Paris Saint German, Queens Park Rangers and Stoke City were also
interested in Adebayor but they backed out to financial problems.
Both PSG and Tottenham representatives had been in contact and had made several meetings to finalise this deal. According to reliable source, this loan deal is almost complete and Adebayor will be joining PSG shortly.
