Liverpool attacking midfielder Suso is set to finalize his AC Milan move as the reports revealed earlier today that the Spanish youngster was spotted in Italy.
Liverpool Echo reported that Suso is now finalizing his four year deal with the Serie A side AC Milan who will soon announce the signature officially on the website.
The 21-year-old was tipped to be a top player for the Liverpool side but manager Brendan Rodgers failed to make the most of him.
Suso’s agent has also confirmed the deal with Serie A outfit.
Suso told: “I’m happy to come to Milan. I have yet to speak to Inzaghi, I came here to take the medical and I hope all goes well.”
AC Milan will not pay a transfer fee as they are signing him on a pre-contract. The Spanish midfielder will be out of contract at the end of the season.
Milan boss Inzaghi is looking to strengthen his side with the signature of Suso.
They have already sold Fernando Torres back to his former side Atletico Madrid and signed attacker Alessio Cerci from them.
Suso who made 13 Premier League appearances for the Reds will become the second winter signing for the Italian giants.
