Manchester
United are linked with another attacker who is likely to leave for a Premier
League club this month.
Manchester
United are likely to seal a deal for winger Abdul Majeed Waris from Turkish
side Trabzonspor, as per reports.
The
Daily Express reported that the President of Trabzonspor Ibrahim Haciosmanoglu
has confirmed that Abdul Majeed Waris could be on his way to Premier League.
The
Ghanaian winger is currently playing for his national side in the African Cup
of Nations but the scouts of Manchester United have already watched him play
earlier this season.
The
Turkish side have also confirmed that several Premier League outfits are
interested in his move with Manchester United leading the race for the winger
who is rated at £5miillion.
Express
reported that Dutch boss Louis van Gaal has been targeting him since the start
of the season. The Ghana international joined the Turkish side in September for
a fee around £4.2million.
The
Red Devils are suffering in defence but reports are linking him with the
attacking players which will worry the United fans.
They
have been linked with several defenders and midfielder but are yet to seal any
deal except of a goalkeeper Victor Valdes who joined on a free transfer.
