Chelsea
superstar Eden Hazard current form shows that Chelsea have no place for Barcelona star Lionel Messi at
Stamford Bridge.
Reports
have linked Lionel Messi with Chelsea and Manchester City in the past few
days very strongly. It was also reported earlier today that Messi will leave
Barcelona only for Manchester City.
The
four time Ballon d’Or winner who always dreamed to end his career at Camp Nou
is likely to move this month or in the coming summer.
According
to CIES Football Observatory, Messi is the most expensive player, he would cost
around 173 million pounds. Crisitano Ronaldo on second with 104 million pounds
and Chelsea’s Hazard with 77.6 million pounds.
However,
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to splash around 200 million pounds to
secure his deal.
Chelsea
star attacker Eden Hazard is superb since his move. He has scored 39 goals in
more than 130 appearances since his 32 million pounds move from French side
Lille in 2012.
He
has been a top performer since the arrival of Jose Mourinho. The 24-year-old also
got the number 10 jersey after the departure of Juan Mata to Manchester United
last year. So
far this season, he has scored 11 goals in all competitions for the Blues and
has been playing an impressive football.
If
Chelsea want to keep Hazard’s form then they would have to take a step back
from Messi else a drop in the Belgian’s form could be seen.
