Premier
League side Manchester United are planning to launch an offer for AC Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy, according to Metro reports.
Stephan
El Shaarawy is set to leave the club as the Italian outfit are eyeing to utilize
the transfer fee on other expenditures.
Yesterday,
it was reported that AC Milan would sell their player for only £11.5million.
Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are all believed to be interested
in Shaarawy.
Shaarawy
was tipped to be a big star, but a dramatic fall in his form have taken him
to a deeper level. His agent expected a big fee last year as the Italian was
rated very high. But his form this season has only valued him at £11.5million.
However, The Italian could become a vital player in the Premier League as he is still 22-year-old.

The
22-year-old has made 90 appearances, scoring 25 times for Milan since his move in 2011. This season under new boss
Filippo Inzaghi, he has made 11 appearance but failed to impress the AC Milan
legend.
Inzaghi
is planning to bring some new faces in the summer. Reports have already claimed
that Milan have agreed to sign Atletico Madrid Alessio Cerci on loan after
giving them Fernando Torres on 18-month loan deal.
