Real
Madrid defender Sergio Ramos is being targeted by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger
and the reports claims that Wenger is confident that Ramos will join the
Emirates.

Express reported that Arsenal will be going for a bid next week as the transfer
window opens and will be hoping to seal the deal for the Real Madrid veteran
defender.
The
Spanish defender is currently in talks with the Real representatives over his
contract extension but reportedly he is not happy with the new offer which Real
would make to him.
Arsene
Wenger has already surprised all the fans by the signature of Mesut Ozil last
year. He is planning to surprise once again.
Ramos
is still 28-year-old and is one of the best defender. He has made more than 400
appearances has won three La Liga tiles and a Champions League trophy with the
Los Blancos and he could move for a new challenge.
Arsenal
are already in search for a fine centre-back and with his move, their defensive
problems will be resolved.
While
reports have also revealed that Arsenal are not the only side looking to secure
his services, Manchester United and Chelsea are also keen to land him.
