Premier
League side Chelsea have entered the race to sign Roma midfielder Kevin
Strootman, according to Express.

The
reports are suggesting that the Premier League leaders Chelsea are weighing up
a £30million move for the highly rated Dutch midfielder.
Louis
van Gaal is still eyeing him for the January window as the Dutchman could plan
for a move after failing to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League
in the midweek.
Roma
signed him last year for a fee around £15million and are set to earn the
double of it.
Italian
reports have claimed that Blues boss Jose Mourinho is hoping to beat LVG for
the 24-year-old.
The Red Devils have already called several youth players because of an unfortunate series of
injuries to the senior players.
Strootman
who missed the World Cup due to a knee injury which he picked up in March is
slowly getting back to his feet and is planning to accept a new challenge in
England.
The
midfielder might prefer United over Chelsea due to the relationship with the
boss. Both have already worked together in the Dutch national side.
