Premier
League duo Arsenal and Liverpool both will go head to head for Barcelona
defender Martin Montoya, according to several sources.
Arsenal
and Liverpool who both are struggling defensively this season will be weighing up a
move for the right-back next month.

Montoya who has only made one appearance in La Liga for the Catalans is eyeing
a move in January for regular playing time.
The

Spanish League Cup, recently. The Catalans won 8 – 1 against Huesca.
Barca manager Luis
Enrique has been giving Dani Alves, Adriano and Douglas preference over
Montaya since taking the managerial seat.
The
23-year-old has made 56 appearances since his promotion to the first team in
2010.
Reports
linked him with the Italian side Juventus in the summer but the Spanaird preferred
to stay at Camp Nou and fight for a regular spot.
Despite
of performing for the Catalans recently he is still eyeing a move to a Premier League side, according to his agent.
His
agent, Juan de Dios Carrasco said: “Martin playing in the Cup does not change
anything; he wants to start and Barcelona know it.”
